Welcome to WorkerAnts! An internet portal dedicated exclusively to Charities, Volunteers, and Activist causes.

Our purpose is four fold:

1. Connecting people to non-profits and charitable organizations through the Internet (Our Organizations pages)

2. Connecting charities, volunteers, and activists with each other to better facilitate the exchange of ideas and information. (Our chat room)

3. Providing information for research on issues that relate to charities, volunteers, and activist causes. (Our Library)

4. Providing links to resources that cater to the needs of charities, volunteers, and activist causes. (Our Your Needs section)

Here at WorkerAnts we strive to be your one stop for information, discussion, and resources. More than that we want to be a community for all those who strive to make a positive difference in the world. WorkerAnts wants to connect you with people that care about things you do and those that care about other causes so that we may all grow in our vision and experience. We encourage you to tell us your experiences and read about others. (Your Story) Send us links to pages you know about so that we can share them with everyone or tell us your comments and suggestions. (Contact Us) Search our databases and find new causes to which you can donate your money or time. Most of all linger and get a sense of just how much there is to be done and how much you can make a difference.

Each month Ergon, the WorkerAnts mascot, will spotlight different worthy causes you can find on WorkerAnts pages. We hope this encourages you to explore and discover some of the many worthwhile groups we feature. At the beginning of each year WorkerAnts will also select one cause we feel is especially worthwhile to feature as our Cause of the Year. We will tell you about the organization, who is running it, and what they are accomplishing. This is our chance to bring a worthy cause to the spotlight and we encourage all of you to lend your support each month. We hope that by focusing the energy and funds of many people on one cause, we will see great results.While WorkerAnts does not collect funds for any group, we encourage you to donate your money wherever you see fit and many of the organizations we link you to in our database will provide you with donation information.*
